KIKUSUI’s automatic pressure control system/EPCD controls and stabilizes the tablet weight. EPCD received the main compression force wave from the load cell at the main pressure roll, digitalizes that wave and compares it to Pre-set values and makes any necessary adjustments for feed back control. Also the rejection system is driven by air, with fast action valve, which ensures single tablet rejection which minimizes the total number of rejected tablets.
Different level and possibilities of incorrect punches and incorrect tablets monitoring for press control including same punch defective monitoring function.
Additionally the missing punches managing function is supporting reliable controls.
