TiN COATING

It is a strong coating for corrosion and wearing and the hardness is 2 times harder than standard hard chrome coating. It applys the customer considering the punches with corrosion resistance and anti wearing.

KCN COATING

KCN coating has 3 layer films to minimise Peeling of the coating. It is easy to check visually the wearing situation, because each layer has diffirent color like 2nd silver layer and gold color of 3rd layer.
KCN is well know as clean coating applied RoHS direction.
The smooth surface is created even by recoating.

KAC COATING

Area：Punch tip coating
It has higher hardness and excellent smooth surface as well as wear resistance. Gradient composition layer provides great adhesiveness against punch material. It was develipped to minimise chipping tendency for such a coating with higher hardness.

KN treatment is a permeable surface hardening method and reduces mold release impact and improves releasability.
KN treated film has no boundary between the substrate and the film, compared with Coating type surface hardening method. The hardness distribution creates a gradient function.
It is called the ultimate multifunctional film.

Cr2N COATING
